It was founded around the end of the ’90s with the task of searching, developing,
promoting the Romanian opportunities, particularly the resources present in Banat-Timisoara.
Managed by Ms. Baica Cristina, Romanian citizen, creating a service for the foreign investors, firms, European category associations, for any type of requested research, missions and meetings, or collaborations, or joint, etc., it is in relationship and collaboration with the Romanian and Italian Institutions, with The Ministry of Small And Medium Industry & Agriculture of Bucharest.
The S.D.C. International ltd is not a Trader company, only in certain particular cases. Applying in the most efficient way the suggestions of the Italian enterprisers which, using their years of market experience, have had real possibilities to evaluate the country and the necessities of the foreign Enterprises, enterprisers, investors, traders, with a special attention to the exigencies of the Small and Medium Enterprise(SME), economical development fulcrum for any country.
With the collaboration of the Foreign Center Commerce Chamber of Turin and the its work has brought the S.D.C. to becoming the Official Desk of Federapi Piedmont – CONFAPI, to schedule and prepare Missions of Federapi Piedmont in Timisoara in 2000 and 2001.

The S.D.C. has collaborated with RAITRE for the realization of the “Maastricht” program in Timisoara, regarding the moving of the North-Eastern Italian activity, with the interesting resources and the enterprises present in Timisoara.
In March 2002, on The Ministry of Foreign Trade E.E.P.C. Egypt – Cairo invitation, Ms. Cristina Baica has signed a collaboration agreement for development and resources between Egypt and S.D.C. International – Romania, an active collaboration with the agreement sealed with Api Cuneo.
